This tutorial will teach you how to colorize an image in Paint Shop Pro, such as the one below.
I will be colorizing this image of Hannah.
First, go to Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize, or hit Shift+L.
By clicking on the large down arrow to the right of the 'Hue' bar you can select a colour. Saturation effects intensity - the higher the number, the brighter the colour, the lower, the duller.
Press OK, then you're done!
